The Unite Award for team activity
This award recognises an individual or group of volunteers that could give the A team or the XMen a run for their money. They have worked together and supported each other, using a range of different skills and abilities to create positive change in their community. Finalists’ activities in this category have included volunteering in a conflict resolution and anti-racism group, teaching young people about gardening and wildlife at events and running a project to bring sports equipment and coaching to the most deprived areas of Ghana.
